Integral Project Manufacturing Initiative

In general, our customers’ needs and budgets define a project’s outline. Within this framework, Sanyo Canadian employs a formal and deliberate “Manufacturing Initiatives” approach tailored to every customer’s unique requirements. The thinking behind this approach forms the guideline for every future step that is undertaken by Sanyo Canadian to meet our customers’ objectives.

From the earliest parts of a project’s planning, Sanyo Canadian engineers work closely with you to conceptualize design and performance output. Improvements or alternate solutions with the purpose of eliminating unnecessary costs and enhancing efficiency accompany every step of the design and manufacturing process from the get-go.

At every stage of development, all aspects are regularly and formally reviewed, revised and documented for incorporation into future developments.

The “Manufacturing Initiatives” program requires from Sanyo Canadian a considerable investment in time, technology and people and from our customers the willingness to work with us to create the best system within the existing restraints.

The benefits to you?
Measurable production improvements, reduced capital and operating costs and value for every dollar invested.
